Today i made another painting of a scene in my book. The picture doesn't show it very well but it's a girl sitting in a rocking chair. To make it look darker i tried to put a black wash over everything but it didn't really work. 
To make the window look like real glass I first painted the view out the window and then used a Versamarker and clear embossing powder to make it glossy.
